LASER PRESS MEASUREMENTS & ALIGNMENT
- Use of a Faro Laser Tracker that measures accurately within .001” over 30 ft.
- Verify press frame alignment and level to gravity
- Determine press way flatness
- Verify the main ram runs on the centerline.
- Measure pressure ring inside diameter and verify it is in the center of the ram.
- Verify general press alignment
- The complete report along with recommendations for repair.
